Where is the Karmin Group located?

Q- How many brands; does the Karmin Group possesses? 

A- 29 brands and licenses. 

 

Q- Do you sell directly to customers? 

A- The Karmin Group itself do not sell directly to end users; but some of our brands do; consults our brands list for more information. 

 

Q- Can I open an online account? 

A- Yes! But one of our representatives will contact you shortly after to help better understand your needs. 

 

Q- Can I order online wholesale order? 

A- Online wholesale orders are currently suspended and shall resume shortly; stay tuned. 

 

Q- I am having an issue with one of your products; what can I do? 

A- Contact us at customerservice@karminindustries.com or contact the brand product directly; please do have some information before contacting us such as : UPC code, Store bought, picture if possible so we can better help you. 

 

Q- Is the Karmin Group hiring? 

A- If you would like to join our team; please visit our career page. 

 

Q- What products do you sell? 

A- The Karmin Group is an “omni-product” companies; strong of 29 brands with a dozen divisions; we supply the Top retailers with product ranging from work gloves, clothes to exterior fire pit to toys. 

 

Q- Do you have a showroom? 

A- We do have a showroom where retailers can come and visit our products line; but due to pandemic of COVID-19 we ask you to take an appointment first and we will gladly schedule you a visit with one of our representatives. 

 

Q- I used to have an account on karmingroup.com but it is not working anymore, why? 

A- We recently changed platform and we therefore ask you to re-create your profile.
